Our History.
Ford Hastings was established in 2003 by Tony Ford (Corporate Finance) and Tim Hastings (Board Search) to facilitate deal completions for entrepreneurial fast growing companies. Utilising both their significant personal and professional networks to stimulate deal generation.

fh. provide board appointments and board advisory services to privately owned or investor backed businesses with a desire to grow, fundraise or exit as well as sensitive succession planning for privately owned or family owned businesses.
fh. has always been partner-led and we place a high importance on developing excellent personal relationships with business owners, investment professionals (private and institutional) and CF specialists as well as Chairs and NEDs.
Over the last 20+ years we have been involved in over 150 transactions which has given us valuable experience as well as a robust network of proven, well connected individuals.
